Omid Moheb-Zadeh
We’re thrilled to announce that Omid Moheb-Zadeh, current Conducting Lecturer at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, Chief Conductor and Artistic Director of the Sydney Concert Orchestra, has joined Maestro’s Music Academy as our new Conducting tutor! With a Master of Music in Opera Conducting from the Sydney Conservatorium of Music and undergraduate degrees from the Australian Institute of Music and the world-renowned Juilliard School, Omid brings both expertise and passion to our students. Known for his dynamic and inspiring style, Moheb-Zadeh has led eight orchestras across Australia, Indonesia, Germany, and Greece and has been recognised with prestigious awards both in Australia and abroad.
Composition:
Angus Davison
We are honoured to welcome Angus Davison, a top-tier, celebrated composer whose works resonate on an international stage, as our new Composition tutor. With graduate and postgraduate degrees from the Sydney Conservatorium of Music and the renowned Juilliard School of Music, Angus’s compositions have been showcased by the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, the Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra, performed in South Africa, North America and across countries in Europe. His unique style, numerous accolades both nationally and internationally, and passion for education makes him an invaluable addition, ready to inspire and guide the next generation of composers at Maestro's Music Academy.

Music Theory:

Yiting Wang
We’re proud to introduce Yiting Wang, an accomplished musician with a deep expertise in both performance and music theory, as the new Music Theory tutor. A distinguished alumna of the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, Yiting has studied under renowned mentors and participated in masterclasses with leading flautists from around the world. Over the years, Wang has been selected to hold principal flute positions with prestigious orchestras, including the Sydney Youth Orchestra and the Sydney Concert Orchestra, where she currently serves. Yiting’s unique combination of performance excellence and scholarly rigor will inspire students to build a solid theoretical foundation while advancing their musical expression.
